All items are handmade and made to order if you do not see the size above that you would like, then please contact us and we would be delighted to create it for you. Please note that due to the nature of solid wood, there is a -/+ 10mm tolerance to all our items.
Finish:
We use a high quality oil to finish all of our items available in many colours, If you are unsure about the best finish for your room, then please speak to one of the team who will be able to assist you.
Installation:
All our beams come with keyhole fixings which come pre-attached to the back of the shelf to provide easy installation. We also provide screws, plugs and full instructions. Installation should be taken out by someone who is competent.

Our mantle pieces are made using the finest French oak. The beauty of this timber is that is displays the natural characteristics of the wood. Every mantle piece will display shakes, cracks, bows, splits and twists. This character means that every beam that we sell will be truly unique and one of a kind. Please note that all sizes are approximate due to the nature of solid timber.
For your peace of mind, our timber is Kiln-Dried to a moisture content found in an average home. We advise that our mantels are only fixed to solid walls due to the weight of the oak.
Delivery:
Uk Delivery for this item is included. We use Parcelforce or DHL to deliver these items. Please ensure we have your mobile number for tracking updates.

We offer free delivery across the UK on all orders.
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Most items are dispatched within 7–10 days.
When your item is ready to be sent, we’ll provide you with a tracking number, which will become active 24 hours before delivery.
To keep you updated, we ask for your email and mobile number when you order. This helps us share delivery details with our couriers and ensures you stay informed.
You’ll receive a notification with your delivery date, a 2-hour time slot, and, in most cases, live tracking updates.
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, unless you’ve requested an alternative option.

How long before we will receive our order?
Generally all orders will be received within two weeks. As everything is handmade to order we will attempt to get all order sent as soon as we can.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation after you have placed your order. Once the item is ready for dispatch you will received a confirmation email along with the relevant tracking information.
Am I able to cancel my order?
Please call our office on 01457 761721 with your order number to hand. Out of hours please send an email to info@urban-reclamation.com requesting to cancel your order making sure you have your order number handy.
Am I able to return my order?
Our returns form will be inside the box, just fill this out to ensure a fast and efficient refund. The customer is responsible for the returns postage costs.
As soon as we receive your order back at our workshop we will issue you the full refund.
We would suggest using one of the courier comparison sites. We find Parcelmonkey and Parcel2go to be the best around, they offer great rates from multiple courier companies.
