Once your order is placed with us, you will receive a confirmation email.
When the item is ready for despatch you will receive a tracking number which will become live 24hrs before delivery.
We always ask for your email & mobile number with every order.This allows us to pass on as much information to our couriers regarding your delivery as possible.
You will receive a notification message specifying the delivery date, a 2-hour time slot and in most circumstances and live tracking updates.
Our couriers will only deliver Monday – Friday unless another delivery option has been requested.
