We offer free delivery across the UK on all orders.

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Most items are dispatched within 7–10 days.

When your item is ready to be sent, we’ll provide you with a tracking number, which will become active 24 hours before delivery.

To keep you updated, we ask for your email and mobile number when you order. This helps us share delivery details with our couriers and ensures you stay informed.

You’ll receive a notification with your delivery date, a 2-hour time slot, and, in most cases, live tracking updates.

Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, unless you’ve requested an alternative option.

How long before we will receive our order?
Generally all orders will be received within two weeks. As everything is handmade to order we will attempt to get all order sent as soon as we can.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation after you have placed your order. Once the item is ready for dispatch you will received a confirmation email along with the relevant tracking information.

Am I able to cancel my order?
Please call our office on 01457 761721 with your order number to hand. Out of hours please send an email to info@urban-reclamation.com requesting to cancel your order making sure you have your order number handy. 

Am I able to return my order?
Our returns form will be inside the box, just fill this out to ensure a fast and efficient refund. The customer is responsible for the returns postage costs.

Will items be ready assembled?
Items such as shelves will need brackets fixing to the wall first. Anything with metal legs/supports will need attaching with the screws provided.


As soon as we receive your order back at our workshop we will issue you the full refund.

We would suggest using one of the courier comparison sites. We find Parcelmonkey and Parcel2go to be the best around, they offer great rates from multiple courier companies.
